Presently: PhD student at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, under the supervisor of Professor Richard Pleass.

2010-2011: MRes (Distinction) in Bioscience at Cardiff University. I completed my research project “Structural basis for antigen presentation by class I MHC molecules” at the T cell Modulation Group under the supervision of Dr. David Cole, for which I won the “Best Project Award” from Cardiff University.

2007-2008: One-year sandwich placement at a histology laboratory at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester. Here, I completed my final year project which evaluated carbonic anhydrase IX as prognostic marker for immunotherapy response rates in clear cell renal cell carcinomas.

2005-2009: BSc (Hons) Applied Biomedical Science at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I achieved first class degree and was awarded the “Presidents Prize” from Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS).
